Disaster Response

The Disaster Response Team is looking for people who are willing to assist in a variety of ways before and after a disaster. If you are willing to help, please fill out this volunteer form. Also, if you have a skill or resource that would be beneficial before or after a disaster, please describe it to our team in the appropriate space on the form.  Please return this form to the Discover the Joy booth or the Information Area in the Christ Center on Sunday.  You can also bring it to the front desk during normal operating hours Monday through Friday.

 

Also, please keep us up to date on your emergency plan by filling out a survey.  These will be very helpful for our planning team especially if there is any basic assistance that you may need prior to or just after a disaster.  Our team will be looking over all those that request assistance to decide how and/or if we can help.
